The First Annual Round Top Designer Showhouse (RTDS) will be a 3,500 square-foot custom-built residence situated on 2 acres in the newest community in Round Top, just one mile from the town square and across from the famous Market Hill. This modern approach to the farmhouse style offers clean lines—a beautiful, neutral palate in keeping with the natural surroundings — and sophisticated finishes throughout.

Our mission is to create beautiful showhouse (events) on an annual basis which will draw 2,000+ attendees during the Round Top Antique Fair.

A portion of the proceeds from the event will be allocated to a local charity recipient that has yet to be determined.
